Chicken or turkey casserole
Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- celery, diced - 1 c
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- crushed potato chips - 1 item
- cans water chestnuts - 2 item
- cooked and cubed chicken or turkey I use my leftover turkey for this - 2 c
- box MJB Long Grain & Wild Rice mix cook as directed - 1 item
How to make chicken or turkey casserole:
Mix all together except potato chips. Place in a 9 x 13 greased pan. Refrigerate overnight. Just before baking, sprinkle crushed chips on top of mixture. Bake uncovered at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
