Chicken mulligatawny soup


Ingredients/Components
- flaked coconut - 2 Tbsp
- butter or oleo - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- soup can milk - 1/2 item
- plain yogurt - 1/4 c
- diced apple
- curry powder or less
How to make chicken mulligatawny soup:
In saucepan, cook apple, coconut and onion with curry in butter until tender. Add soup; pour into blender and blend until smooth. Return mixture to saucepan; gradually stir in milk and yogurt. Heat and stir occasionally. Garnish with sliced apple. Makes about 3 cups or 4 servings.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Soups & stews, 3 steps or less.
