Chicken enchiladas
Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- chili powder - 1 Tbsp
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- cumin - 1/2 tsp
- small carton sour cream - 1 item
- bunch chopped green onion - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom - 1 item
- picante - 3/4 c
- to 14 flour tortillas - 12 item
- deboned chicken, chopped - 1 item
- Jack/sharp Cheddar - 4 5
How to make chicken enchiladas:
Mix all ingredients, except tortillas and cheese. Place 3 to 4 tablespoons of mixture on tortilla. Sprinkle generously with cheese and roll up. Place in baking dish. Spread remaining mixture on top of rolled tortillas and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350° until cheese is melted. This dish freezes well.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
