Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- cheese - 1 2
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- corn tortillas, torn into pieces - 1 doz
- frying chicken, cooked and cut up - 1 item
- green chiles, chopped or diced - 4 oz
How to make chicken enchilada casserole:
Mix the soups, sour cream and chiles together. Layer 1/2 sour cream mixture, 1/2 chicken, 1/2 tortillas and 1/2 cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour or until bubbly. Also, better if made the day before serving.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
