Ingredients/Components
- red wine vinegar - 4 Tbsp
- Dijon mustard
- white wine vinegar
- basil - 1/2 tsp
- cloves garlic - 3 item
- minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- lemon peel - 1/2 tsp
- dill weed - 1/2 tsp
- pepper, ground - 1 item
- canola oil - 3/4 c
- to 2 cloves garlic, minced - 1 item
- chicken breast halves boneless, if desired - 8 item
- white vinegar white wine vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- salt I omitted - 1/4 tsp
- or amount desired of coarse black pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Puritan oil 1/2 c - 3/4 c
- Marinate overnight, if possible
- lemon peel, ground - 3/4 tsp
How to make chicken dijon:
Marinade:4 Tbsp. Dijon mustard4 Tbsp. red wine vinegar1 Tbsp. white vinegar (white wine vinegar)1/4 tsp. salt (I omitted)1/8 tsp. or amount desired of coarse black pepper1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced1/2 tsp. basil1/2 tsp. dill weed1/2 tsp. lemon peel1 Tbsp. minced onion3/4 c. Puritan oil (1/2 c.) Blend marinade ingredients in blender and pour over chicken breasts. Marinate overnight, if possible. Place breasts in pan and pour sauce over. Bake at 350°, uncovered, for 50 to 60 minutes.For Dinner For 6, I Used:1/3 c.
