Ingredients/Components
- melted butter - 1 Tbsp
- Dijon mustard - 1 Tbsp
- white wine - 1 Tbsp
- dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- Parmesan - 1 Tbsp
- chicken breasts or 4 thighs - 2 item
How to make chicken dijon:
Stir together the butter, wine and mustard. Coat both sides of chicken. Mix bread crumbs and Parmesan; dredge chicken pieces in it. Place in baking pan, sprayed with vegetable coating. Bake at 450° for 10 to 20 minutes until meat tests done and crumb crust is golden brown.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
