Ingredients/Components
- can water chestnuts, drained and sliced - 1 item
- boneless chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite size pieces - 2 item
- can low salt mushroom soup - 1 item
- celery, chopped and parboiled
- sour cream or low-fat mayo - 1 c
- Pepperidge Farm or Stove Top stuffing
How to make chicken casserole:
Grease 8 x 8-inch casserole dish. Combine first five ingredients. Place in casserole. Prepare stuffing according to box instructions. Spread on top. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Serves 6 to 8 portions.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
