Ingredients/Components
- can water - 1 item
- regular long grain rice - 1 c
- can low-fat cream of celery soup - 1 item
- chicken breasts with bones and skin - 4 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Place aluminum foil in bottom of casserole pan (making clean up easier). Place and spread rice in bottom of pan. Add chicken breasts. Mix soup and water together and pour on top of chicken. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour or until tender.Optional: Debone and skin the chicken for less fat.
