Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- celery
- hard-boiled eggs - 4 item
- uncooked rice - 2 c
- crushed potato chips - 1 item
- cooked, diced chicken - 2 c
- blanched almonds - 1 c
- small onions, diced fine - 2 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Mix first 8 ingredients well. Bake at 400° for 40 minutes. The last 5 minutes of baking, cover top lightly with crushed potato chips. This should be mixed the day before and let set overnight.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
