- chopped onion - 2/3 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- olive oil - 5 6
- can Italian style stewed tomatoes - 1 1/2
How to make chicken cacciatore:
Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and brown 2 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients and reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes, until chicken is tender and sauce has thickened. Serve over pasta.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
