Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- chicken pieces - 1 item
- raw rice not Minute - 1 c
- can each of cream of chicken, celery and mushroom soup - 1 item
How to make chicken and rice casserole:
Melt margarine in saucepan. Add raw rice and add 3 soups. Pour into greased casserole (13 1/2 x 9-inch). Place chicken pieces on top, bone side up. Bake 1 hour, covered, at 350°. Uncover after first hour; turn chicken over and bake another 45 minutes to 1 hour, uncovered, until brown.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
