Chicken and noodles
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 item
- chicken bouillon cubes - 2 item
- chicken - 1 item
How to make chicken and noodles:
Place chicken in pan and add water to cover. Bring to boil and then reduce heat. Cook until chicken is tender. Remove chicken from pan. Remove chicken from bones and set aside.Place the 3 eggs, 2 tablespoons milk, 1 teaspoon salt and 1 cup flour into bowl and mix well. Add enough flour so noodle dough is not sticky. Roll dough out thin on floured board. Add flour as necessary so dough is not sticky. Cut dough into thin strips.
Bring broth from chicken to boil and add bouillon cubes and 2 cups water. When broth is boiling, add noodles. Continue to boil for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Then turn to low heat and continue to cook until noodles are tender.
