Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk
- hot water - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- salt to taste - 3/4 tsp
- diced celery - 1/2 c
- green onions, chopped - 1/4 c
- cooked, diced chicken - 2 to
- stick melted margarine - 1 item
- bag Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing - 1 item
How to make chicken and dressing:
Mix stuffing, margarine and water; set aside. Combine mayonnaise, milk, eggs, onions, celery and salt and mix well with stuffing mixture. Spread in 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish 1/2 of the stuffing. Layer in chicken and top with other half of stuffing. Spread with soup and bake, uncovered, at 325° for 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
