  • Velveeta cheese - 12 oz
  • large onion, diced - 1 item
  • carrots, diced - 3 item
  • medium or large potatoes, diced - 5 item
  • stalks celery, diced - 3 item
  • to 4 chicken bouillon cubes - 3 item

How to make cheesy vegetable soup:

Cover potatoes, carrots, celery and onions with water. Cook until tender. Add the milk, bouillon cubes and cheese. Cook until cheese melts. Serve immediately.
