  • sugar
  • cream cheese - 1 lb
  • eggs - 6 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • flour - 6 Tbsp
  • butter - 1 item
  • Ricotta cheese - 1 lb

How to make cheesecake:

Beat in order given. Grease a 9-inch spring-form pan with butter. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Shut off oven and let stand for 1 more hour. Remove from oven and let cool completely before removing from pan.
