- butter or margarine - 1/2 lb
- sifted all-purpose flour
- dash of Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
- dash of garlic salt - 1 item
- dash of red pepper - 1 item
- grated sharp cheese - 1/2 lb
- dash of onion salt - 1 item
How to make cheese wafers:
Let butter and grated cheese stand at room temperature for about an hour before mixing with remainder of ingredients into a stiff dough. You may use a cookie press or make small balls and flatten to form wafers. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 375°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Lunch/snacks, Sauces.
