  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 3/4 tsp
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • sour cream

How to make cheese torte:

Topping:1/2 pt. sour cream3 Tbsp. sugar1 tsp. vanilla Mix everything together thoroughly, except topping. Pour mixture into a well buttered 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Remove from oven until middle goes down.

Spread topping over part that fell down. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Serves 8 to 10. Easy.
