Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 2 oz
  • chopped pecans or walnuts - 1 c
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • dash of Tabasco sauce - 1 item
  • dash of black pepper - 1 item
  • small onion, chopped very fine - 1 item
  • small jar seedless strawberry jam - 1 item
  • box crackers of choice - 1 item

How to make cheese ring:

In large bowl, mix cheese, mayo, nuts, onion, pepper and Tabasco. Form into a ring on a platter. Cover and chill.

Before serving, place the jam into the center of the ring and place a row of crackers around the outside perimeter of the cheese ring.
