Ingredients/Components
- milk - 4 c
- flour - 8 Tbsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- paprika - 2 tsp
- chili powder - 2 tsp
- catsup - 2 Tbsp
- cumin
- Velveeta, cubed - 12 16
- jalapeno juice - 2 tsp
How to make cheese dip:
Combine spices in small mixing bowl. Melt butter. Add flour and stir until thick. Remove from heat and add spice mixture; mix well. Add catsup and jalapeno juice and return to heat. Slowly add milk, stirring continuously. Add Velveeta. When melted, serve with tortilla chips. Keep warm.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Cheese.
