Cheese custard



Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- beaten eggs - 3 item
- cottage cheese - 12 oz
- large can evaporated milk - 1 item
How to make cheese custard:
Mix in order given and pour in large 10-inch unbaked pie shell. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 375° and bake until custard is firm.For Pineapple Cheese Custard, put 3 or 4 tablespoons crushed pineapple in bottom of pie shell. Sprinkle top with cinnamon.
