Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- dash of salt - 1 item
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- finely chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- dash of cayenne - 1 item
- shredded mild Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- nuts and chipped beef optional - 1 item
How to make cheese ball:
Combine cheese until well blended. Add all other ingredients; mix well. Chill until hardened (1 hour or more). Shape into a ball; roll in nuts or chipped beef.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Cheese, Spreads.
