Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- finely chopped pecans - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- chopped green onions - 2 Tbsp
- pimento - 1 Tbsp
How to make cheese ball:
Combine softened cream cheese and Cheddar cheese, mixing well. Add onions, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings. Mix well. Shape into a ball and roll in nuts. Serve with crackers.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Cheese, Spreads.
