Cheese ball

Ingredients/Components

• pkg - 2 oz
• finely chopped pecans - 1 item
• lemon juice - 1 tsp
• Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
• salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
• grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
• chopped green onions - 2 Tbsp
• pimento - 1 Tbsp

How to make cheese ball:

Combine softened cream cheese and Cheddar cheese, mixing well. Add onions, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings. Mix well. Shape into a ball and roll in nuts. Serve with crackers.
