Ingredients/Components

  • cream cheese - 16 oz
  • crushed pecans - 1 c
  • chopped green pepper - 2 Tbsp
  • chopped red onion - 2 Tbsp
  • seasoning salt - 2 tsp
  • crushed pineapple, drained - 8 oz

How to make cheese ball:

Mix first 5 items and form into ball or log. Then roll in chopped pecans. These freeze well.
