Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- seasoned salt - 1 tsp
- onion, minced - 2 Tbsp
- can crushed pineapple, well drained
- green pepper, finely minced - 1/4 c
- pecans, chopped use more if needed - 1 c
- box crackers - 1 item
How to make cheese ball:
Mix together cream cheese and pineapple. Add green pepper, onion and seasoned salt. Mix well and shape into a ball. Roll ball in chopped pecans until outside is coated. Chill before serving. Serve with crackers.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Cheese, Spreads.
