Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 5 Tbsp
- salad oil - 1 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- celery seed - 1 Tbsp
- grated onion to taste - 1 2
How to make celery seed dressing:
Combine sugar, salt, mustard and onion. Add 1/2 the vinegar and beat at 2nd speed on mixer, while very slowly adding the oil. Add the remaining vinegar in small amounts. Beat to thick emulsion stage; then add celery seed. Keep refrigerated.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, American, North american.
