Carrot salad



Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- salad oil - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- sliced green pepper - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- medium onion, sliced thin - 1 item
- carrots, pared, sliced, cooked until almost tender and cooled - 2 lb
How to make carrot salad:
Mix sugar, vinegar, salad oil, tomato soup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt and pepper. Layer carrots, onion and pepper. Pour sauce over it and let stand 24 hours.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Vegetables, Carrots.
