Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- melted butter
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 2/3 c
- Italian bread crumbs - 2/3 c
- grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 10 to 12 cooked carrots, sliced - 2 lb
How to make carrot casserole:
Topping:3 Tbsp. melted butter2/3 c. Italian bread crumbs Cook carrots and mix with other ingredients. Place in a buttered baking dish. Mix melted butter with bread crumbs and sprinkle over the casserole. Bake at 350° until bubbly, about 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Carrots, Main dish, Casseroles.
