Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla extract - 1 Tbsp
- flour - 3 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- coconut - 1 c
- grated carrots - 2 c
- baking soda - 1 Tbsp
- honey - 1 c
- canola oil - 1 c
- grated pineapple - 1/2 c
- pecans or other nuts
- grated apples - 1/2 c
How to make carrot cake:
Mix well carrots, pineapple, apple, honey, oil, coconut and vanilla. Add eggs and dry ingredients, continuing to mix. Add nuts and mix well. Bake in a well-greased and floured tube-type pan at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Carrots.
