  • sugar
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • stick margarine - 1/4 item
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • grated carrots - 1 c
  • self-rising flour - 2 c
  • 10x sugar, sifted
  • Spray Bundt pan with Pam
  • jars baby food carrots - 3 oz

How to make carrot cake:

Preheat oven to 350°. Spray Bundt pan with Pam. Cream together oil, sugar and eggs; blend in baby food. Mix in flour and cinnamon. Stir in carrots and nuts; pour into pan. Bake on middle rack for 45 minutes to 1 hour; test with toothpick.Glaze:4 oz. cream cheese1/4 stick margarine1 1/2 c. 10x sugar, sifted Cream together cream cheese, margarine and 10x sugar. Warm slightly (quickly in microwave) and drizzle over cake. Garnish with finely chopped nuts.
