Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1/4 item
- oil - 1/2 c
- grated carrots - 1 c
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- 10x sugar, sifted
- Spray Bundt pan with Pam
- jars baby food carrots - 3 oz
How to make carrot cake:
Preheat oven to 350°. Spray Bundt pan with Pam. Cream together oil, sugar and eggs; blend in baby food. Mix in flour and cinnamon. Stir in carrots and nuts; pour into pan. Bake on middle rack for 45 minutes to 1 hour; test with toothpick.Glaze:4 oz. cream cheese1/4 stick margarine1 1/2 c. 10x sugar, sifted Cream together cream cheese, margarine and 10x sugar.
