Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• cinnamon
• eggs - 3 item
• pkg - 1 oz
• vanilla extract - 2 tsp
• salt - 3/4 tsp
• flour
• butter - 3 Tbsp
• oil - 1 c
• soda
• grated carrots
• confectioners sugar - 1/2 lb
• chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
• raisins - 1/2 c

How to make carrot cake:

Combine sugar, oil and 1 teaspoon vanilla in large mixer bowl. Add eggs; beat well. Combine flour, salt, cinnamon and soda; stir into egg mixture. Fold in carrots, walnuts and raisins. Pour into 12 x 7-inch glass baking dish, greasing bottom only. Micro
