- sugar
- cinnamon
- eggs - 3 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- vanilla extract - 2 tsp
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- flour
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- oil - 1 c
- soda
- grated carrots
- confectioners sugar - 1/2 lb
- chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
- raisins - 1/2 c
How to make carrot cake:
Combine sugar, oil and 1 teaspoon vanilla in large mixer bowl. Add eggs; beat well. Combine flour, salt, cinnamon and soda; stir into egg mixture. Fold in carrots, walnuts and raisins. Pour into 12 x 7-inch glass baking dish, greasing bottom only. MicroRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Carrots.
