Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1 c
• flour - 3 c
• coconut - 1 c
• oil
• soda - 2 tsp
• grated carrots - 2 c
• small can crushed pineapple - 1 item

How to make carrot cake:

Cream sugar and eggs; add remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly and pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 300° for 1 hour.
