- grated carrots - 3 c
- chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
- cooking oil
- margarine - 1/2 c
- Add other ingredients and mix well
- powdered sugar 4 c - 1 lb
How to make carrot cake:
Cream sugar, oil and eggs. Add other ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan and bake at 300° for 55 minutes or until done.Frosting:2 tsp. vanilla1 (8 oz.) cream cheese1/2 c. margarine1 lb. powdered sugar (4 c.)
