Caramel cookies

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• water - 1 Tbsp
• nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
• soda - 1/2 tsp
• shortening - 1/2 c
• margarine - 1/2 c
• cream of tartar - 1 tsp
• light brown sugar - 2 c

How to make caramel cookies:

Mix as any cookies but shape into rolls. Let stand overnight in refrigerator. Slice and bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes.
