Ingredients/Components
- semi-sweet chocolate chips - 1 c
- peanut butter - 1/2 c
- tube refrigerator sugar cookie dough or chocolate chip cookie dough - 1 item
- chopped candy bars such as Nestle Crunch bars, Butterfinger, Alpine white, Goobers and Raisinets - 1 c
- cut up fruit like bananas and strawberries optional - 1 c
How to make candy shop pizza:
Preheat oven to 375°. Slice cookie dough and spread out dough into a 12 to 14-inch pizza pan. Bake 20 to 24 minutes or until lightly browned.Immediately sprinkle 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips morsels over crust; drop peanut butter by spoonfuls onto morsels. Let stand for 5 minutes or until soft and shiny. Gently spread chocolate and peanut butter over the crust. Top with fruit and candy. Cut into wedges. Serve warm. Makes 12 servings.
