Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- stick margarine - 1/4 item
- evaporated milk - 1/2 c
- pecans, warmed in oven - 8 c
How to make candied pecans:
Warm nuts in nonstick baking pan. Combine all ingredients except nuts in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Time it. Pour over warm nuts. Stir to coat all nuts. Pour onto cookie sheet to cool. Nuts will break apart when cool.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Fruit, Nuts.
