Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 1 pt
- butter - 1/4 lb
- water - 2 qt
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- chicken bouillon cubes - 8 item
- carrots, shredded - 2 item
- Cheez Whiz - 12 oz
- liquid smoke or to taste - 1 tsp
- onion, diced well - 1 item
- flour 3 to 5 Tbsp - 3 Tbsp
How to make canadian cheese soup:
Saut?© carrots and onions in butter until tender. Add flour to make roux paste. Bring water to boil and add bouillon cubes. When dissolved, add roux to water. Whisk to smoothness. Add Cheez Whiz.
