Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 3/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
How to make campfire potatoes:
Saute onion in butter. Place in shallow baking dish brushed with butter. Add flour, salt and pepper. Mix well. Add cheese. Pour milk over cheese. Top with frozen hash browns. Cover and bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until hash browns are thawed. Stir. Return to oven, uncovered, and bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Cheese.
