Ingredients/Components
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1 c
- Ricotta cheese - 1/2 c
- sliced pepperoni - 2 oz
- diced fully cooked ham - 1 c
- tube refrigerated pizza crust - 1 item
How to make calzones:
Unroll pizza crust stretching to form 14 x 11-inch rectangle. Spread Ricotta on half of dough lengthwise to within 1-inch of the edge. Sprinkle the pepperoni, ham and Mozzarella. Fold unfilled side of dough over filled half and press edges together. Transfer to a greased baking sheet. Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle with basil and Parmesan if desired. Slice.
