California pasta salad
Ingredients/Components
- poppy seed - 2 tsp
- paprika - 2 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- sesame seed - 1 Tbsp
- celery seed - 1/2 tsp
- grated Parmesan or Romano cheese - 1/4 c
- medium zucchini, diced - 2 item
- large green pepper, diced - 1 item
- sweet red pepper, diced - 1 item
- large tomatoes, diced - 3 item
- bottle Italian salad dressing - 1 oz
- large red onion, diced - 1 item
- thin spaghetti or vermicelli, broken into 1-inch pieces and cooked - 1 lb
- each cans sliced ripe olives, drained - 2 1/4
How to make california pasta salad:
Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight to blend flavors. Yields 10 to 15 servings.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Pasta, rice and grains.
