Ingredients/Components
- red wine vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- croutons - 1 item
- juice of 1 lemon
- grated Parmesan or Romano cheese - 1 item
- fresh ground black pepper - 1 item
- garlic oil - 1 c
- dash Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
- tube anchovy paste - 1 item
- egg, room temperature - 1 item
- heads romaine - 3 item
How to make caesar salad:
Combine egg, lemon juice, anchovy paste, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and garlic oil in a container with a cover. Shake well. Wash romaine; tear in small pieces. Pour dressing over romaine and toss.
