Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 3 Tbsp
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- green onions - 2 Tbsp
- slivered almonds - 2 Tbsp
- toasted sesame seed - 2 Tbsp
- m - 1 tsp
- head cabbage - 1/2 item
- chicken breast - 1 item
- uncooked Ramen noodles - 1/2 pkg
How to make cabbage salad:
Dressing:2 Tbsp. sugar1/2 c. salad oil1 tsp. salt1 tsp. m.s.g. (optional)1/2 tsp. pepper3 Tbsp. vinegar Cook and shred chicken. Thinly slice cabbage. Chop green onions (tops and all). Mix all together, except almonds and sesame seed. Let stand overnight or a few hours. Add almonds and sesame seed before serving.Recipe categories: Salads, Vegetables, Chinese.
