  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla
  • milk - 3 c
  • brown sugar - 3 c
  • butter - 3 Tbsp
  • flour, slightly heaped - 6 Tbsp

How to make butterscotch pie:

Mix together flour and sugar. Beat egg yolks. Mix with milk. Cook until thickened. Add butter and vanilla. Put in a baked pie crust and top with egg whites, beaten. Bake approximately 10 minutes at 350°.
