Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla
- milk - 3 c
- brown sugar - 3 c
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- flour, slightly heaped - 6 Tbsp
How to make butterscotch pie:
Mix together flour and sugar. Beat egg yolks. Mix with milk. Cook until thickened. Add butter and vanilla. Put in a baked pie crust and top with egg whites, beaten. Bake approximately 10 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
