- sugar
- eggs - 6 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- buttermilk - 1 c
- butter extract - 1 tsp
- sticks melted butter - 2 item
- 9-inch shallow pie crusts - 3 item
How to make buttermilk pie:
Combine sugar and salt, then add remaining ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie crusts. Bake slowly at 250° to 300° for 40 to 60 minutes or until done. Yields 3 pies.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
