Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 5 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- can coconut milk - 1 item
- block butter, melted - 1 item
- box mochiko - 1 item
How to make butter mochi:
In a bowl, mix mochiko and sugar. Add eggs, milk and coconut milk. Mix well. Add vanilla and baking powder. Coat a 9 x 13-inch pan with the melted butter. Pour any extra butter into the batter and mix well. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until light brown.Recipe categories: For large groups, Lunch/snacks, Snacks.
