Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 3/4 tsp
  • butter or oleo - 1/4 c
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
  • Burgundy wine
  • beef broth - 1 c
  • dill seed - 1/2 tsp
  • or 4 cloves garlic, minced - 3 item
  • fresh mushrooms I usually use 3 or 4 cartons - 2 lb

How to make burgundy mushrooms:

In a 4-quart Dutch oven, combine all ingredients. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 3 hours.
