Ingredients/Components
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- butter or oleo - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- Burgundy wine
- beef broth - 1 c
- dill seed - 1/2 tsp
- or 4 cloves garlic, minced - 3 item
- fresh mushrooms I usually use 3 or 4 cartons - 2 lb
How to make burgundy mushrooms:
In a 4-quart Dutch oven, combine all ingredients. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 3 hours.Recipe categories: Low protein, Vegetables, Mushroom.
