Ingredients/Components
- evaporated milk - 1/2 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- catsup - 1 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can condensed cream of mushroom soup - 1 1/2
- packaged herb-seasoned stuffing mix I use Stove Top - 1 c
How to make burger bundles:
Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions. Mix evaporated milk and meat. Divide into 5 patties. On waxed paper, pat each to 6-inch circle. Put 1/4 cup of stuffing into center of each. Fold meat over and seal. Put in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over meat. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
