Bulgur salad
Ingredients/Components
- boiling water - 2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- bulgur wheat - 1 c
- chopped bell pepper - 1/2 c
- can kidney beans - 1 item
- Italian salad dressing - 1/3 c
- seasoned salt to taste - 1 item
- can whole corn - 1 item
How to make bulgur salad:
Put bulgur wheat in bowl. Add boiling water; let stand 1 hour. Drain and return to bowl. Add all other ingredients and refrigerate.Can be varied by adding shrimp, chicken or small chunks of cheese. Serve on a nest of lettuce for a great lunch.
