Ingredients/Components
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- strips bacon - 3 item
- c cooked white rice - 3 item
- Tbsp soy sauce - 2 item
- c chopped green onion, including tops - 1/2 item
- c diced celery - 1 item
- c sliced mushrooms - 1 item
How to make brown rice:
Fry the bacon in a large skillet. Remove from skillet, drain on paper towel and crumble. Place the onions and the celery in the bacon drippings and saut?© until tender. Add the mushrooms, rice, and soy sauce. Cover, and cook for 10 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. Stir in the beaten egg and cook until the egg is done. Add the bacon and mix well.
