Broccoli soup



Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- cream - 1/2 c
- parsley flakes - 1/2 tsp
- can chicken broth - 1 1/2
- white pepper - 1/2 tsp
- onions, diced - 1/2 c
- bag frozen broccoli - 1 (16
- cornstarch or plain flour - 2 Tbsp
- garlic, minced - 1/4 tsp
How to make broccoli soup:
In a pan, cook broccoli according to directions on bag. Drain and cut up in small pieces; set aside. Combine all other ingredients and mix well. Cook until onion is tender and add broccoli. Simmer until thick.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Soups & stews, Broccoli.
