Broccoli rice casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- Minute rice - 1 c
- celery, chopped - 1/2 c
- jar Cheez Whiz - 1 oz
- boxes frozen broccoli - 2 oz
How to make broccoli rice casserole:
Chop partially thawed broccoli. In saucepan, combine soup, milk and butter. Mix together until blended. Stir in Cheez Whiz, broccoli, celery and onion. Place ingredients in 2-quart casserole dish. Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 350° oven for 35 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Long Grain rice.
